6 steps to master the art of delegation

Many of us believe that I can complete the task more effectively that others.  Instead of delegating the work to someone who could be an expert we try to have the burden on our shoulders. One can say it’s the symptom of distress or waste of time. Distress because we think that someone could overrule their territory and waste of time as the time you’d spent on delegation could be utilised in finishing it on own.

Wrong! Delegation is as important as empowerment.
